Fair or Foul Line Drive?

Question?

Ross from Tucson, AZ asks:

If a line drive is caught while the ball is in foul territory and the players is standing in fair territory is the ball fair or foul?

The fact if a ball is fair or foul depends on where the ball is when it is touched, not the player. In this case the ball is foul because it is over foul territory. In the end though it doesn't matter if this ball is fair or foul because it is still an out and the runners are still allowed to tag up.
