Ball Bouncing Off Third on the Fly

Bases are loaded when the ball is hit. The ball hits third base in the air, pops up, and the third baseman catches it before it hits the ground. Is that an out?
No, as soon as the ball hits third base it is just as if the ball hit the ground so the third baseman will have to tag third base, tag a runner, or throw the ball to first, second, or home to record an out
