Base Coach Questioning an Umpire
Lee from Burlington, NC asks:
Can an assistant base coach question an umpires call in a respectful manner?
The MLB rule book says that only a manager can ask for an appeal of an umpires decision where the umpire who made the call asks for help from his partner(s). It is also stated that the manager is allowed to ask an umpire for clarification on a call.
