Coaching Two Teams

Can a coach coach Junior Little League and also coach a Majors all-star team?
The best way to find this answer would be to contact your local league to find out what rules they have about coaching multiple teams. Since this seems to be a league specific rule each league will probably handle this situation a bit differently.
